Because our products are consumable gourmet food items, we cannot accept returns of opened hot sauce bottles for safety reasons. However, if you are dissatisfied with a sauce's flavor profile, heat level, or experience any issues with bottle breakage during transit:
- We will issue a 100% full refund or free replacement on any broken or defective bottle within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened bottles in original sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
